Electronic Wallet Top-Up/Charging Coupon

Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1 In these Terms and Conditions, unless expressly provided otherwise, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "The Company" refers to SnapCharge Technology Limited.

• "Coupon" refers to the electronic wallet top-up/charging coupon issued by the Company.

• "Electronic Wallet" refers to the user's electronic stored value account within the Company's application, SnapCharge.

• "Charging Station" refers to the Company's designated electric vehicle charging stations.

2. Scope of Application

2.1 This Coupon is valid only at the Charging Stations designated by the Company.

 

3. Non-Transferable and Non-Redeemable

3.1 This Coupon is non-transferable, non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash, or used for cash advances.

 

4. Usage Restrictions

4.1 The Company reserves the right to refuse the use of any Coupon that has been altered, tampered with, or reasonably deemed by

the Company to be fraudulent.

5. Right to Modify and Cancel

5.1 The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel this Coupon at any time without prior notice.

 

6. Non-Commercial Use

6.1 This Coupon is for personal use only and shall not be used for commercial purposes or resale.

 

7. Disclaimer

7.1 The Company shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of this Coupon.

 

8. Minimum Charging Amount

8.1 If the charging amount after discount is less than Hong Kong Dollars Ten (HK$10), it shall be calculated as Hong Kong Dollars Ten (HK$10), and the remaining balance shall be automatically topped up to your Electronic Wallet.

 

9. Balance Withdrawal

9.1 To withdraw the balance from your Electronic Wallet, you must apply in person at the evMega office during office hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., excluding public holidays). Applications will be processed within fourteen (14) working days.

 

10. Final Interpretation

10.1 The Company reserves the right to the final interpretation of these Terms and Conditions.

12.1 Electronic Wallet payments are applicable at the following Charging Stations:

• Shek Wai Kwok Square Car Park (car park A)

• EDGE

• Solaria

• Leighton Centre Carpark

• Langham Place

• China Merchants Logistics Centre

• Wing On Centre Carpark

• Po Tat Shopping Centre

• Ping Tin Shopping Centre

• Tsui Ping (North) Estate Car Park No. 2 (lorry parking space)

• Tai Yuen Commercial Centre

• Tai Wo Plaza

• Ma Hang Estate

• Tsui Lam Square

• Cheung Hong Commercial Centre No 1

 

13. Governing Law

13.1 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region.
